WeBand is provided by Seventh Software. Email support@seventh.dev and include “WeBand” in your subject. Describe the issue, the app or website version if known, and any relevant profile or project location. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, private recordings or identity documents unless a separate, appropriate process is agreed.
Safety, abuse and child protection
The same address handles reports of abusive users, objectionable content, alleged infringement and child-safety concerns for WeBand. For a child-safety concern, use “Urgent WeBand child-safety concern” in the subject and describe the location and issue. Do not download or send illegal material.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. WeBand support is not an emergency or continuously monitored response service.
Privacy and account requests
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your WeBand information, or ask about these policies. We may verify account control before disclosing or removing information.
