Community & Child-Safety Standards

Clear standards against abuse, exploitation and infringement in the WeBand community.

Effective October 29, 2026WeBand · Seventh Software

Respect the person behind the music

WeBand has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not threaten, harass, stalk, bully, impersonate or discriminate against another person. Do not publish private contact details, intimate material or recordings without the permissions needed to share them.

The member community is for adults aged 18 or older. An adult-only audience does not reduce our commitment to protecting children or our obligations regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation.

No child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)

WeBand strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking and any conduct that exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This applies to profiles, project briefs, applications, linked material and any other use of the service.

Do not upload, link to, request, possess for redistribution or share illegal child-abuse material through WeBand. To report a concern, provide a location and description; do not download, forward or attach the material itself.

When we become aware of prohibited material or conduct, our standard is to restrict access or remove it, take appropriate action on involved accounts, preserve information only as legally required, and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority, including NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority where required by applicable law.

Other prohibited content and conduct

Do not submit pornography, non-consensual sexual material, hateful attacks, credible threats, encouragement of violence, scams, spam, malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property. Do not encourage self-harm, facilitate illegal activity or exploit another person’s vulnerability.

Respect copyright and permissions for songs, samples, lyrics, artwork, performances and recordings. A link to an external host does not remove your responsibility for what you share.

Make collaboration clear and safe

Be accurate about your role and what you need. Agree on work, deadlines, expenses, credits and rights before exchanging valuable material. Respect a decision not to collaborate. Do not pressure someone to share private files or pay unagreed charges.

Use care when meeting someone you do not know. Verification of an email address is not a background check or professional endorsement.

Reports, actions and appeals

Contact support@seventh.dev with the profile/project location, a short description and any relevant non-illegal context. The same contact handles child-safety questions for WeBand. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.

We review reports and may remove content, limit visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer a matter to the relevant authority as required by law. We may act without advance notice for urgent safety or legal reasons. Contact the same address to appeal a decision or correct a mistaken report.

This page states the community rules and report contact. It does not imply that a profile is pre-screened or that every harmful act can be prevented.
