1. Apple App Store: Standard EULA
For WeBand distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) is the applicable software license. Seventh Software is the application provider. We do not replace Apple’s Standard EULA with a custom Apple license on this page.
Read the complete Apple Standard EULA at the official link below. Our User Agreement covers the WeBand community and member conduct, and our Privacy Policy explains information handling. The Apple Standard EULA governs the Apple software license if wording here conflicts with it.
2. Android: limited license
Subject to this EULA, the User Agreement and applicable Google Play terms, Seventh Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WeBand on compatible Android devices that you own or control for lawful personal and creative collaboration purposes. The app is licensed, not sold. Rights not expressly granted remain with Seventh Software and its licensors.
3. Android: permitted use and restrictions
You may use the app to manage your profile and collaborations and explore the demo. You may not sell, redistribute, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit copies of the app; remove ownership notices; circumvent security; or copy, modify or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law or an open-source license permits it.
These restrictions apply to our software, not to music, recordings, lyrics or other content you own. No software license transfers your music rights to Seventh Software or another member. The User Agreement explains the limited hosting permission for content you submit to the live service.
4. Android: data, permissions and external services
The Privacy Policy describes account information, member content, local demo files, authentication sessions and website analytics. Device access is limited to features you choose and the permissions actually requested. This license does not authorize undisclosed collection, sale or advertising tracking of your information.
Network, operating-system, app-store and external-site services may have separate terms. Google is not responsible for WeBand’s member community, content or developer support.
5. Android: updates, support and termination
Updates may replace or supplement the app and are covered by this license unless additional terms are provided. Compatibility and availability may change. Support is provided by Seventh Software at support@seventh.dev.
You can end the Android license by stopping use and uninstalling the app. The license may end following material noncompliance, subject to applicable law. Keep copies of local work before uninstalling. Ending a software license is different from deleting your online account; use the separate deletion-request process for cloud information.
6. Android: warranties, liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Android software is provided as available without a promise that it is error-free, continuously available or suitable for every purpose. The responsibility and availability provisions in the User Agreement apply to the extent lawful.
Nothing in this license excludes or limits non-excludable liability, mandatory consumer guarantees, rights to refunds or remedies, or rights granted by an applicable open-source license. Applicable store rules and mandatory local law continue to apply.
7. Android: legal compliance and contact
Use the software only as permitted by applicable law, including export and sanctions rules where relevant. Do not use the software to infringe another person’s rights, compromise security or distribute unlawful content.
Questions about the software license, support, product claims or intellectual property can be sent to Seventh Software at support@seventh.dev.
